Interview Stage 1

Interviewing candidates F2F/ Telephonic/ Video Conferencing to screen and identify the right fit for the job and organization.

Interview Stage 2

Manager or Senior Recruiter will re-interview and evaluate the profiles.

CVs sent to clients

Screened Profiles will be shared for client review in the required format containing comprehensive candidate profile

Interview process coordination

End-to-end coordination with candidate and client to schedule a successful interview.

Post Interview support

Post interview, support client in coordination of arranging the documents for Offer process and follow up till the Candidate joins and also share interview feedback with candidate in case of a no-go.
